I am a dedicated and seasoned Qualified Supervisor with over 20 years of clinical and supervisory experience. My training and experience in evidence based mental health treatment, child welfare, criminal justice and domestic violence prevention give me a unique professional perspective. I help my clients to discover and build upon their own inner strengths and resources by providing helpful honest counseling and developing strong and trusting partnerships. I believe in supervision being a collaborative process that is supported by a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. Open communication and cultural sensitivity further aids in creating a space for supervisees to grow both personally and professionally. My goal as a supervisor is to help to make sure that qualified health professionals feel competent in their skills and are both ready and able to be the best versions of their professional selves.
