Welcome to Florida Mental Health Licensure Services

Florida Mental Health Licensure Services is dedicated to providing the best Qualified Supervisor training and most effective Clinical Supervision. We believe that proper clinical supervision is the key to a mental health professionals success. The Qualified Supervisor training employs multiply measures to ensure by the end of the training the Supervisor is equipped to be an ethical, legal, professional and attuned supervisor ready to handle multiple sticky supervision issues. We are a board approved provider for the Qualified Supervisor training to become a qualified supervisor. Included in this training is a supervision manual. It is a guide for the supervisor and supervisee that can be used throughout the supervision process. Also supplied in this training is a supervision contract, supervisee consent forms, supervision notes template and so much more. Our goal is to provide you with everything that you need to start as a Qualified Supervisor so you do not need to reinvent the wheel. We provide everything you need. Our trainer Kellie Garza LMHC, CST has been teaching this course since 2011 with excellent glowing reviews from participants. This 12 HOUR FLORIDA Qualified Supervisor Training meets the educational requirements to become a qualified supervisor. A board approved provider of continuing education course 64B4-6.0025 pursuant to Section 491.005, F.S., and subparagraph 64B4-11.007(3)(b)2., paragraph 64B4-21.007(3)(b), and subparagraph 64B4-31.007./(2)(b)2, F.A.C., for Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling.

Florida Mental Health Licensure is Board Approved Provider #770 and CE Provider for LMHC, LMFT, LCSW and Psychologists. CE Broker #50-606.
